Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Indoor Air Quality Specialist to join our team at Bramble Enterprises, LLC. As an Indoor Air Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the air quality within our clients' homes and businesses is safe and healthy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seal ductwork using an Aeroseal machine and computer system to prevent air leaks and improve system efficiency.
  • Clean and sterilize HVAC duct systems using Abatement Technologies equipment with an attached camera to ensure thorough cleaning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a high-quality experience to clients, addressing their concerns and needs regarding indoor air quality.
  • Discuss system improvements and other IAQ products with clients to enhance their indoor air quality.
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, including agreements, finance documents, and follow proper call close procedures.
  • Attend weekly meetings and coaching sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
  • Prior industry experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift pounds, as needed.
  • Computer literacy, with working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met.
  • Professional appearance and personality.
  • 100% training provided on our systems and operations.

  • Health Insurance - The Company pays 50% of the employee's benefit after 30 days.
