Recovery Corner Manager Job Description

About the Role:

The Recovery Corner Manager is a key position at UFC GYM Whitestown, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth in the Recovery Corner. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and conduct private training and recovery modalities with members
  • Assist members in private training and recovery corner modalities, ensuring accurate administration of client programs and supplement purchases
  • Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for all appointments
  • Assist in revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts, recovery booths, body fat tables, seminars, and workshops
  • Sell training and recovery sessions through effective prospecting strategies, guest tours, and sales
  • Review daily club sales performance and individual employee performance statistics with the Fitness Manager and team members
  • Administer company policies related to the sales process

Recovery Corner Administration:

  • Work with the Fitness Manager to ensure coaches are productively attaining revenue and service goals
  • Set monthly, weekly, and daily goals and objectives aligned with the company's expectations
  • Conduct monthly and weekly meetings with the Fitness Manager to review performance and operations
  • Handle member service matters, including club tours, explanation of Recovery Corner services, and member sign-ups
  • Mediate and resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four-year degree in a related field recognized by UFC Gym (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months of related experience
  • Experience in management/employee relations preferred

Physical Requirements:

The Recovery Corner Manager will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy weights, and perform other physical duties as needed.
