About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Technical Services and Support team at Molson Coors. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling capital projects from $500k to $5M. You will work closely with the Brewery and engineering consultant teams to deliver projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides project management expertise to execute projects in compliance with the project management philosophy (FEL) and all of MCBC's financial policies.
  • Reviews alternate delivery methodologies, recommends alternative courses of action, determines resource requirements to successfully execute the approved solution within budget and schedule requirements.
  • Works with consulting firms and construction managers to issue for construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, and begin construction of the project.
  • Identifies Value Engineering opportunities to make the project deliver the best solution at the optimal cost to the enterprise.
  • Maintains the forecast of the project expenditure, provides Estimates at Completion, and delivers the project to the satisfaction of the customer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with Electrical/Automation Engineering experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a sanitary food/beverage production environment and has a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume packaging or process manufacturing environment.
