Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- IEPs and Evaluations: Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conduct evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of students with varying communication needs and develop strategies to support their progress.
- Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and active state licensure.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in school and/or pediatric settings, with a strong preference for experience with IEPs.
