We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director, In-Line Brands - Global Health Economics, Value, and Outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our global health economics efforts and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive evidence generation plans to support our in-line brands in the US market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that evidence generation is aligned with brand strategic objectives.
- Work closely with external partners to complete GHEVO studies and provide subject area expertise to development of medical/clinical plans and studies.
- Manage product project budgets and timelines, and collaborate with scientific communications to provide GHEVO input on scientific platform and develop GHEVO-related scientific publications.
- Design and conduct real-world evidence studies and undertake targeted or systematic literature reviews to ensure timely quantitative understanding of economic, humanistic, and clinical burden of disease.
- PhD in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Market Access, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience.
- A track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications demonstrating expertise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
- Comprehensive knowledge of own core discipline and good working knowledge of health care systems and health technology assessment guidelines and processes in relevant countries.
- Ability to understand disease space and appropriately plan and deliver function strategy and studies for specific compounds.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage across multiple functions and regions.
