Career Opportunity: Antifreeze Sales and Service Representative

Crystal Clean LLC, a leading environmental waste services company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Antifreeze Sales and Service Representative. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with customers and sales branch employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply sales strategies to grow Crystal Clean's antifreeze business at new and existing customer sites.
  • Perform Crystal Clean services at customer facilities, including handling pump hoses, pumping antifreeze containers, and operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle on a daily basis.
  • Pursue additional services with existing accounts and develop new customers.
  • Assess potential customer needs, present Crystal Clean products and services, and develop sales leads for Data-Marketing.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly, and maintain compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT.
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds Crystal Clean's published standards.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats.
  • Frequent lifting of standard hose from the ground to the tank weighing up to 40lbs.
  • Occasional climbing of company-approved step stool to access Anti-Freeze containers.
Work Environment

While performing essential duties of this position, an individual regularly works in a variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, drive frequently, and comfortably use electronic devices and other office equipment. Essential duties require bending, squatting, climbing, lifting, and twisting frequently. Noise level in the workplace can vary based upon the work environment.
