- Prepares precise estimates and invoices for customers.

Management and Administration:
- Prioritizes daily tasks to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Coordinates daily operations with the Service Manager.
- Analyzes performance data to enhance productivity in daily operations.
- Manages employee efficiency, store expenses, and inventory effectively.
- Oversees daily store functions, including opening and closing procedures.
- Trains, develops, and motivates store staff.
- Evaluates and addresses employee performance in a fair manner.
- Handles customer complaints and operational issues calmly and consistently.
- Demonstrates reliability in interactions with customers and employees.
- Aims to achieve monthly performance targets.
- Utilizes the transfer system effectively.
- Communicates wage considerations to relevant parties.
- Reports operational issues and results to management promptly.
- Seeks training opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in essential duties. The following qualifications are necessary:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; six months to one year of relevant experience or training in tire and automotive services, sales, and customer relations.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents, as well as write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills and Reasoning:
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
- Ability to interpret various instructions in different formats.
Physical Requirements:
Employees must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks that require manual dexterity.
Work Environment:
Employees may be exposed to mechanical parts, chemicals, and varying weather conditions. Extended hours and occasional weekend work may be required.
