Position Overview: The Sage Construction Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding support for both new and existing implementations of Sage Construction Management software (previously known as Corecon) and Procore integrations with Sage Intacct. The ideal candidate will leverage their background, training, and expertise to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members, ensuring optimal configuration and adherence to best practices for the Sage Construction Management application. A solid understanding of pre-construction and construction management methodologies, coupled with a passion for construction management technology, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Deliver exceptional assistance for Sage Construction Management software implementations and integrations.
  • Sales Demonstrations: Facilitate product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Implementation: Oversee or assist in all phases of the implementation process, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and data migration.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring comprehensive understanding of system functionalities and their relevance to business operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement ongoing improvement practices to enhance the client experience with the software.
  • Customer Relations: Foster positive and enduring relationships with clients, gaining insights into their business needs and advocating on their behalf.
  • Technical Support: Monitor and address customer technical and support inquiries related to the software.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years as a Project Control Specialist or Project Manager within the construction sector.
    • At least 2 years of experience with construction management applications (e.g., Procore, Corecon, Fieldwire, Buildertrend, Autodesk, RedTeam).
    • Experience in construction project estimating and financial management is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
