Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to conduct initial evaluations of healthcare practices in Dental, Dermatology, ENT, Plastic Surgery, MedSpa, Optometry, and Emergency Medicine for buyout opportunities, holding company, and joint venture partnerships.
  • This role involves engaging in insightful interviews with healthcare professionals to understand their long-term goals, business needs, and objectives in the sale of their practice.
  • You will analyze the financial performance and business metrics of healthcare practices, manage due diligence processes, perform financial statement analysis, and develop valuation models.
  • Prior experience in investment banking, commercial banking, corporate development, or private equity is required.
  • A strong understanding of generally accepted accounting and finance principles, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Word, as well as excellent communication skills, is necessary for success in this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Ability to work in either our Dallas or Houston offices, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to support transactions from sourcing to close.
  • Experience in a fast-paced transaction environment with the agility to meet narrow timelines.
  • Texas Real Estate License a plus.

What We Offer

The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, along with an incentive compensation structure that rewards outstanding performance.
