About the Role

The Client Engagement Manager plays a key role in fostering positive interactions with both current customers and potential new leads, ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting our mission to strengthen client relationships and expand market presence.

This position requires a strong understanding of consumer relations strategies and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Outreach, you will demonstrate professionalism, motivation, and adaptability to thrive in our dynamic and collaborative environment.

With a focus on delivering exceptional service, this role offers opportunities for growth within our organization. Consistently showcasing proficiency and excellence in customer engagement will open the door to leadership opportunities, providing the chance to take on greater responsibility and influence within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with current customers and potential new leads through direct outreach and sales efforts to meet revenue targets.
  • Thoroughly track, organize, and document all interactions with customers and leads to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Utilize research and problem-solving skills to address client issues by collaborating with other representatives who have achieved success in similar situations.
  • Participate in training sessions and seminars provided by the firm to enhance professional development and achieve higher levels of success.
  • Nurture valuable relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but 1-3 years of customer service experience can be considered.
  • Must possess highly developed communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule is required.
  • Demonstrated consistency in achieving and exceeding goals, as well as a strong customer orientation.
