About This Opportunity
As a Front Desk Supervisor at Boston Marriott Burlington, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll provide guidance and leadership as the lead Front Office Clerk, ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with staff and guests, managing lobby traffic, and handling cash transactions accurately. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic mathematical abilities, and proficiency in using a moderately complex computer system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college preferred. Prior front desk and supervisory experience is preferred, but not necessary. Applicants with additional language skills are also welcome.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
