We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Regency Care of Arlington. As a CNA, you will provide exceptional clinical care to our residents, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver personalized care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents' conditions, recording vital signs and reporting changes to professional staff
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by a physician or nurse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- CNA certification from a state-approved program
- Ability to lift, turn, and move residents as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
