The Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Assist with front desk training and ensure that associates are equipped to handle member inquiries and concerns

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a health club or hospitality environment

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
