Gallery Host

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gallery Host to join our team at Kolter Hospitality Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, creating a warm and welcoming environment that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our guests
• Coordinate all guest requests, providing prompt and courteous service
• Inform guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities, showcasing our property's unique offerings
• Welcome guests by name whenever possible, building a personal connection and fostering a sense of community
• Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean, and provide quality beverages and food products, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
• Set up and break down meeting space, ensuring a successful and stress-free event experience
• Prepare food for meetings and events, meeting the highest quality and presentation standards
• Follow the hotel's rate structures, discounts, and sell/upsell strategies, driving revenue growth and maximizing profits
• Perform cashiering tasks, including bill/invoice settlement, posting charges, adjustments, and other financial transactions
• Know and carry out specified duties in response to fire alarm, guest medical emergency, and security threats, prioritizing guest safety and well-being
• Cancel room reservations according to policy, ensuring accurate and efficient management of our inventory
• Report any items in need of repair, maintaining a clean and well-maintained property
• Follow all safety procedures while working, adhering to our strict safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

• Able to work most weekends and holidays, ensuring 24/7 coverage and exceptional guest experience
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform, maintaining a professional and polished appearance
