The IT Contracts Analyst position involves overseeing a portfolio of technology contracts for the IT leadership team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement company-wide policies, risk management controls, and compliance reviews of invoices and goods receipts.

You will be responsible for obtaining financial approvals from leadership for O&M contract services. Additionally, you will administer strategic contract reviews with leaders, architects, and IT Operations to validate the O&M costs of contracts.

Identifying opportunities to rationalize and negotiate contracts, discontinue non-critical services, and optimize costs.

Your Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Preparing reports and analyzing multi-year contracts
  • Originating contracts in procurement systems and maintaining budgets
  • Monitoring purchase orders, reviewing invoices, and analyzing actual spending and forecasting
  • Providing financial analysis and leading meetings
  • Capturing and presenting data, facilitating problem-solving sessions, and following up on issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with structuring contract agreements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail to spot inconsistencies in contracts
  • Basic financial modeling or data management skills
  • Expert Excel skills
