Job Summary

Summary: As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Sweep and mop floors at regular intervals to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, as well as all other food preparation surfaces. Assist with banquet table and front-of-house set up as requested.
  • Supply Management: Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, observing all safe lifting standards. Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Food Handling and Delivery: Ensure the safe delivery of hot and cold food items. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Must be able to push, pull, and lift 65 pounds. Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
