Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Med Techs

We are currently hiring both CNA's and Med Techs for part-time and full-time positions on our morning shift 6am-2pm at Birch Creek Assisted Living. Our facility offers a range of benefits, including flexible schedules and CNA licensing through our partnership with Utah CNA Training Centers.

About the Role

As a caregiver, your primary responsibilities will include caring for our elderly residents by assisting them in all activities of daily living (ADLs). You will be required to document and notify the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) and nurse of any changes or concerns regarding the residents' conditions.

Requirements
  • Basic computer skills
  • Self-starter capable of working independently
  • CNA certification (ideally) or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
  • High tolerance for working under pressure and managing critical situations calmly
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals
