We are seeking a Residential Director to join our team at Community Residences. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Behavioral Health residential programs, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care and services.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This Residential Director will be responsible for supervising and training staff, managing program operations, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality care and services to clients
  • Manage program operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and staff development
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, including licensing and accreditation requirements
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure program effectiveness
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments and agencies to achieve program goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with youth or adults with behavioral health issues
  • Experience managing group homes or residential programs preferred
  • Valid CT driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
