Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop civil site designs and construction documentation for land development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  2. Execute design tasks that necessitate the application of fundamental engineering principles and mathematical calculations, including plan/profiles, grading, cross-sections, and drainage.
  3. Create various section cuts, profiles, and cross-sections with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  4. Prepare drainage designs, calculations, and reports, including storm sewer systems and detention water quality assessments, integrating green infrastructure practices for both residential and commercial projects.
  5. Compile application packages, including calculations and narrative reports for regulatory submissions.
  6. Manage electronic submissions and oversee the review and approval process for engineering designs and reports.
  7. Conduct essential engineering support tasks, such as printing drawings, preparing project submittals, addressing review comments, and liaising with clients.

Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate strong administrative and management skills to effectively navigate the review and approval processes for various development projects.
