As a mental health therapist at Verve, you will have complete clinician autonomy with optional mentoring in business and clinical practices. You will have the opportunity to choose your accepted insurances, choose issues/demographics to treat, and have no on-call requirements.

Our team is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on clinician well-being. We handle the intakes and scheduling to align with your availability, and we have a fully transparent billing EHR to provide you with the knowledge and tools to run your practice.

Requirements for this role include being board certified and having an active Nebraska license under one of the following: Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Certified Master Social Worker (CMSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Highlights of this role include complete clinician autonomy, exclusive private office space or furnished shared office space, and higher payouts (average combined government and commercial 2024 collection is over $150/hr).

We are a collaborative management team with managed credentialing, in-house CISSP security-focused IT professionals, and a fully cloud-based EHR. We handle the intakes and scheduling to align with your availability, and we have a fully transparent billing EHR to provide you with the knowledge and tools to run your practice.
