CommonSpirit Health is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Behavioral Services department, you will provide high-quality mental health clinical services to patients across Nebraska and southeast Iowa.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess the bio-psycho-social needs of patients.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Provide supervision to clinical staff as needed.
  • Actively participate in clinical and peer supervision to ensure quality of care and professional performance standards.
Requirements
  • Master's degree from an accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, or other related behavioral health field.
  • Three years of post-license experience in a mental health/addiction recovery or related field.
  • NE - LIMHP license.
