The Senior Estimator will play a pivotal role in delivering precise and timely cost assessments for both high-rise and ground-up construction initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the construction sector and demonstrate a strong capability to evaluate blueprints, specifications, and financial data to generate accurate estimates for intricate projects.


Core Responsibilities:
  • Generate precise and timely cost estimates for high-rise and ground-up construction projects.
  • Examine blueprints, specifications, and financial data to formulate project estimates.
  • Continuously oversee project budgets and timelines.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct value engineering assessments and propose cost-saving measures.
  • Assist in the evaluation and analysis of contract modifications.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Estimator within the construction field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software.

Compensation Package:

Salary range: $160,000 - $193,000
