You will join a hands-on development team that fosters creativity and generates innovative solutions to achieve engineering excellence.

Apple's software team is in search of a highly skilled and versatile senior software integrator to support our cellular software chipset product integration. This role requires the candidate to assist in executing and completing the integration plans outlined on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

It involves collaboration with various software, firmware, hardware, SW/FW integration, and QA teams, as well as cross-functional partnerships to build consensus.

This position also necessitates an understanding of software/firmware dependencies on different hardware/software components.

Success in this role is defined by the advancement of development efforts towards established milestones, measurable through daily integration and QA milestones.

Some of the key responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to:

  • Implement short-term and long-term integration strategies for product integration of components while collaborating with various software, firmware, hardware, SW/FW integration, and QA teams.
  • Adapting and executing the plan based on the realities of daily operations surrounding IP deliverables.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of demonstrated experience in integrating complex embedded system hardware, software, and firmware components.
Ability to collaborate with QA, software integration, SW/FW development, and leadership for feature integration plans.
Proven ability to drive multiple SW/FW components to meet deadlines and to develop complex embedded chipset products.
In-depth knowledge in at least one technology area, particularly in cellular/wireless.
Self-motivated and comfortable working across software, hardware, systems, and commercialization.
Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or relevant experience.

Compensation & Benefits: At Apple, base pay is one aspect of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a range.

This allows for growth as you develop within your role.

The base pay range for this position is between $135,400 and $250,600, with your base pay dependent on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
