About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the delivery of financial and investment planning advice
  • Work collaboratively with the assigned team and business partners to identify gaps, issues, and best practices
  • Contribute to the team's business objectives by building and maintaining client relationships through client acquisition and telemarketing efforts
  • Coordinate marketing activities and sales material to support client and prospect conversations
  • Provide knowledge and detailed information about products and services offered
  • Independently resolve client complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Keep current with investment services marketplace, products, and service offerings and the legal and regulatory environment
  • Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
  • Prepare information for client meetings, annual reviews, and other client-related activities
Requirements
  • Must have obtained The Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) License
  • Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced knowledge of investment process and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of proprietary products and services
  • Relevant investment industry licensing for the designated jurisdiction/portfolio

BMO Financial Group offers a competitive salary range of $41,063.00 to $63,700.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
