We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at Community Care Center. As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our skilled nursing facility, including collections and billing for Public Aide, Medicaid, Medicare, and managed care accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the patient trust fund and ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Work closely with the facility and regional accounts receivables team to resolve outstanding receivables
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to improve revenue cycle performance
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and financial management
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years' experience in bookkeeping or Business Office Manager role in a skilled nursing facility
  • Prior experience with Medicaid/MMAI/Medicare/Managed Care billing and collections
  • Point Click Care (PCC) experience is a plus
