  • Position Overview:
Full-Time 7a-3p

Key Responsibilities:
As a Unit Supervisor, you will manage and coordinate the nursing personnel within a specific unit.

Your position is crucial in guaranteeing the provision of high-quality care, nurturing a supportive work atmosphere, and ensuring the health, comfort, and overall welfare of our residents.


• Lead and oversee a team of nursing professionals and support staff within the unit.

• Design and execute care plans, ensuring tailored resident care.

• Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.

• Conduct regular evaluations to uphold quality standards and compliance.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to nursing personnel.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being.

  • Qualifications:
• Valid state nursing license.

• Advanced degree or certification preferred.

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with an interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill.

• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
