Your Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse (RN): Nursing Supervisor
In your pivotal role as a Nursing Supervisor at Civita Care Center at Milford, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding nursing care. Your expertise as a Registered Nurse (RN) will be essential as you lead our dedicated nursing staff. Your coordination abilities, commitment to high professional standards, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams will ensure that our residents receive the exceptional care they deserve. This position is ideal for passionate RN clinicians who are dedicated to patient welfare and eager to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the provision of effective, high-quality nursing care
- Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to create tailored care plans
- Implementing care plans with a focus on resident-centered care
- Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning
- Working with healthcare professionals to modify care plans based on evolving needs
- Being on call one weekend each month
- Flexibility to meet departmental needs and assist with admissions
Qualifications:
To qualify for the role of Registered Nurse (RN), candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Availability for on-call rotation one weekend each month
- Possession of a valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer proficiency
- Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
