Job Overview

Position: Valet Supervisor - Healthcare

Clayton Valet is seeking dedicated individuals to oversee a team of valet attendants within a healthcare environment.

As a Supervisor, your role will involve maintaining effective communication with our on-site representatives to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.

This position demands a professional appearance and conduct. Responsibilities may vary based on the specific needs of the facility.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Starting pay of $18/hr plus tips
  • Opportunities for quarterly bonuses

  • 401(k) plan with a 4% match after three months of employment
  • PTO program available after 90 days
  • Holiday pay at time and a half for select holidays
  • Weekly pay schedule
Available Shifts:

Full-time positions are available:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Mornings
  • Afternoons
  • Most weekends off
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as established by site representatives.
  • Provide coaching and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
  • Manage timekeeping and weekly schedules using Homebase.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Ensure all new hires receive a training checklist and any requested training.
  • Address complaints and apply effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Guarantee adequate employee coverage at your location.
  • Familiarize yourself with the employee handbook.
  • Understand all policies and procedures relevant to your assigned facility.
  • Ensure adherence to the latest policies and procedures set by the client.
  • Regularly check in with your Account Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with the leadership team.
  • Build positive relationships with all personnel at the assigned location.
  • Support employees in their roles.
  • Attend mandatory monthly supervisor meetings.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Job Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background check
  • Clean driving record necessary
  • One or more years of experience in valet services
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required (religious and medical exemptions available upon request)
  • Annual flu shots required (religious and medical exemptions available upon request)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
