Job Title: Valet Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Valet Lead to join our team at Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast. As a Valet Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our valet parking service, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the overall operation of the valet parking service and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Fill in for other team members as needed, including during peak periods or when short-staffed.
  • Perform dispatching duties for the check-in and return of guest vehicles.
  • Deliver and retrieve guest vehicles to and from the casino front entrance, hotel entrance, and valet parking lot as needed.
  • Lock vehicles and hand over keys to the dispatcher.
  • Adhere to all departmental safety standards and maintain a clean and neat appearance.
  • Must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions.
  • Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be in good athletic condition, as the job requires a lot of physical activity and running.
