Responsibilities:
  • Greeting Guests with a Smile: Our Valet professionals are responsible for greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Vehicle Management: Our team members are responsible for opening car doors, collecting keys, and giving customers their tickets for picking up their cars. They also keep the guests' keys safe and organized to ensure efficient retrieval of their vehicles.
  • Customer Service: Our Valet professionals are the face of our company, and they must be able to communicate professionally and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience and a friendly demeanor are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to Work in a Standing Position: Our Valet professionals must be able to work in a standing position for hours at a time.
  • Accountability and Integrity: Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information.
  • Multitasking Skills: Our team members must be able to multitask and tend to several customers at once.
  • Driving Experience: Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission is necessary for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizational skills are necessary to quickly recall the location of vehicles and their appropriate keys.
