We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and installation of a wide range of custom products including closets, home office setups, media centers, wall beds, garage storage, and more.

We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of Cutlist Job Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate sales designs to ensure compliance with the company's product range and installation guidelines.
  • Identify and efficiently address design-related inquiries.
  • Compile a precise cutlist detailing all components and machining specifications necessary for the project.
  • Complete the cutlist documentation and submit it within the timeframe established by company standards.
  • Provide assistance to the Pricing, Production, and Installation teams as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and performance standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Quality Assurance: Establish and apply a personal quality assurance process for each project to ensure all items specified in the sales package are included in the cutlist, including all components ordered by the customer and any necessary machining or special orders.
  • Productivity: The Cutlist Job Processor is expected to generate a minimum of $40,000 in jobs daily after a three-month training period.
    Following this, the individual should consistently seek ways to enhance daily productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: The Cutlist Job Processor should maintain a positive and proactive approach to exceeding customer expectations.
    The customers of the Cutlist Department include the Manufacturing Department, the Installation Department, and the End-User Customer. Each Cutlist Job Processor is encouraged to continuously explore improved methods for reducing job completion time while ensuring the highest quality and meeting or exceeding all customer expectations.
  • Attendance: The Cutlist Job Processor is expected to arrive punctually and minimize time away from their workstation.
    All employees must adhere to scheduled breaks and lunch periods as defined by departmental guidelines.
    Minimizing absence days is expected whenever possible.

Minimum Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
    College education is preferred.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and technology is essential.
  • Experience in drafting or design is preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience is advantageous.
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM is preferred.

Required Skills:

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level or higher.
