  • Collaborate with the patient's healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and provide wound care as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Current valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting.
