Job Description

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LVN to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children in Royse City, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
