Job Overview

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to medically fragile children in Missouri City, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to clients in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the client's physician.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy outcomes and independence.
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
