About the Role
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies

Requirements
  • Current RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
