Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Set the pace for the team by connecting with customers and speaking to value.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve Enterprise Selling targets and maximize opportunities to grow the business.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Make the best first impression, welcome and connect with customers authentically, and provide the communication and tools needed to motivate the team.
  • Manage Store Operations: Own the selling floor, ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, and assist Sales Associates in making the most of their customer interactions.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Generate ideas to evolve the business, look under rocks, be curious, ask questions, and think boldly.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent combo of education and experience.
  • Experience: 2 or more years of experience with similar scope, specialty retail preferred.
  • Skills: Communicate effectively and confidently, process information and operate store systems accurately, and assist in shipment processing, replenishing, and keeping the store looking great.
  • Availability: Available when we are busy, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds.
