Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Set the pace for the team by connecting with customers and speaking to value.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve Enterprise Selling targets and maximize opportunities to grow the business.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Make the best first impression, welcome and connect with customers authentically, and provide the communication and tools needed to motivate the team to achieve key KPIs.
  • Manage Store Operations: Own the selling floor, ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time, and assist in shipment processing, replenishing, and keeping the store looking great.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Generate ideas to evolve the business, observe Sales Associate performance, and assist if necessary to make a sale.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 2 or More Years of Experience: In a similar scope, specialty retail preferred.
  • Effective Communication and Leadership Skills: Required.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
  • Availability to Work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays: Required.
