We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. Our unique care model focuses on personalized experiences, taking time to listen, learn and address the factors that impact patient well-being.

As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide proactive, preventive care to seniors, including wellness visits, physical exams, chronic condition management, screenings, minor injury treatment and more. You will work closely with an integrated care team, which includes physicians, nurses, behavioral health specialists and more, to provide compassionate, personalized care that brings better health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of skill in interpersonal relationships, and be fully engaged in the concept of "Integrated team-based care". A minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of $199,400 - $298,300 per year, plus quarterly bonus opportunities. Scheduled weekly hours are 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We also offer flexible scheduling options, clinical certifications, leadership development programs and career coaching to help our associates invest in their personal and professional well-being.
