Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Kings Dominion. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Legendary Customer Service: Act with a guest comes first attitude and connect with guests to discover and respond to their needs.
  • Operate with Efficiency: Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety and security, to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all partners.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure that partners can locate resources and products as needed, and maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
  • Prepare Quality Beverages and Food: Adhere to all recipe and presentation standards, and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Act with Integrity: Demonstrate a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events, and set a positive example for the shift team.
Requirements
  • Legendary Guest Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and connect with guests to discover and respond to their needs.
  • Availability: Available to work evening hours Friday and Saturday nights through our Haunt season.
  • Meet Store Operating Policies: Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
  • Engage with Guests: Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.
