Kings Dominion is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Starbucks. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Legendary Customer Service: Act with a guest comes first attitude and connect with guests to discover and respond to their needs.
- Operational Excellence: Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety and security, to ensure a safe environment for all partners.
- Quality and Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and provide quality beverages and products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
- Team Player: Assist with new partner training, recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Availability: Be available to work evening hours Friday and Saturday nights through our Haunt season.
Requirements:
- Legendary Guest Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
