Requirements:

  • Legendary Guest Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and connect with guests.
  • Availability: Available to work evening hours Friday and Saturday nights through our Haunt season.
  • Meet Store Operating Policies: Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
  • Engage with Guests: Engage with and understand our guests, including discovering and responding to guest needs through clear and pleasant communication.
  • Prepare Food and Beverages: Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for guests.
  • Ability to Learn Quickly: Ability to learn quickly and understand oral and written instructions.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
