Job Title: Key Account Manager

At RS Americas, we're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most important clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects
  • Develop and maintain accurate client data and sales statistics to inform business decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
  • Four to five years' previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics to inform business decisions
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on client contracts
