Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests upon arrival, register them, and assign rooms. Provide welcome folders with room keys, certificates, coupons, and refreshment center keys as needed.
  • Operational Support: Assist with front desk operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager. Participate in lobby ambassador activities to create a positive guest experience.
  • Financial Management: Compute bills, collect payments, handle cash, and make change for guests. Close out guest accounts at check-out and negotiate revenue allowances if necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 1-3 years of related experience required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
