About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Client Service Executive to join our team at Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, Inc. As a senior member of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing client account management, ensuring high standards of service, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing client accounts, including ensuring compliance with signed documentation and regulatory filings, managing aged receivables, and reviewing account reports.
  • Developing and executing strategies for client retention and business growth, including initiating pre-renewal discussions, handling client renewal presentations, and preparing and presenting broker service proposals.
  • Mentoring team members, teaching classes on insurance coverage and procedures, participating in continuing education, and staying current on market trends.
