The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care. As a Medical Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. If you have experience as an administrative assistant, knowledge of Athena EHR and Billing Platform, and a passion for healthcare administration, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including scheduling appointments and coordinating tests
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure efficient patient management processes
- Act as a liaison between providers, patients, and staff, communicating proactively and responding to requests in a timely manner
- Perform other administrative duties as needed, including maintaining inventory of medical supplies
