Job Summary:

Eastern Colorado Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Provider to join our team. As a Direct Care Provider, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with Developmental Disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Provide transportation and support for individuals to participate in community activities, supported employment opportunities, and medical appointments.
• Administer medications and provide medical support as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma/GED and valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug testing.
