About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and provide a positive experience for our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
- Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
- BLS from the American Heart Association required.
- ACLS from the American Heart Association required upon hire or within 6 months of hire.
- TCAR or TNCC required upon hire or within 6 months of hire.
- One year ICU experience.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's.
