Responsibilities


  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and other common spaces
  • Assist guests with luggage and other needs, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in public areas, ensuring that all necessary items are available and easily accessible
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience, working together to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise


Requirements


  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of safety and security protocols, with the ability to respond to emergencies and incidents
