Job Summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing logistics and distribution support at our clients' manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments of raw materials and pharmaceutical products.
  • Assist with the storage and inventory management of materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users and clients.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production.
  • Experience with inventory and logistics management.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with end-users and clients.
  • Experience creating inventory reports and shipping/receiving reports.
  • Working knowledge of scanning equipment and internal database tracking systems.
  • Must successfully pass all CBPS Safety Training and equipment handling procedures.
  • Advanced MS Excel experience.
  • Inventory/logistics software experience not required but highly recommended.
  • Excellent customer service, professional attitude, and appearance.
  • Quick learner, ability to self-train using materials provided as needed.
  • Proficiency in supply chain or warehouse management software ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of GMPs and SOP adherence, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
  • Material handling experience in a GMP environment.
  • Forklift and pallet jack operation experience.
