About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Planner to join our team at AmplifyBio. As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement supply chain processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with supply chain planning, manufacturing, and warehousing teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain processes.
  • Analyze current supply chain processes and recommend enhancements to improve performance.
  • Implement process improvements across the entire supply chain, coordinating with internal and external partners as needed.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain Management.
  • 4+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain process design, and/or related experience.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials planning, production processes, and quality control.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP/FDA regulated industry.
  • Excellent communication and analytics skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or Prendio is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a small, high growth company and a fast-paced environment.
